Pinnacle Bookkeeping LLC provides bookkeeping and tax support for serviced-based businesses. Founded in 2023 by Olivia, the business evolved from administrative and bookkeeping support to solely bookkeeping and tax preparation. Pinnacle Bookkeeping has supported wellness brands, aviation, agriculture, HVAC, real estate, construction, and numerous other fields. Each business receives tailored bookkeeping solutions geared towards the realities of their industry, so they can focus on what they do best.

Pinnacle Bookkeeping brings a wealth of financial experience, attention to detail, and data-driven insight to every interaction. We help entrepreneurs and growing teams understand the financials so they can make informed and intuitive decisions - without the headaches.

Prior to founding Pinnacle Bookkeeping LLC, Olivia worked in the contracting space in Washington, D.C. as an analyst. She supported the United States Marine Corps extensively, working on financial contracts up to$25m, with a specialized focus in tracking current and expired funding and maintenance lines. Olivia also worked as an analyst to support MARSOC operations, with a focus on equipment and logistics to support CENTCOM missions in the Middle East.
